Induction Scanner for Heat Treatment of Metals

The UltraFlex SmartPower 350 kW four spindle induction hardening scanner is the newest, most versatile addition to our product offering.

The unique flexibility allows for custom configurations to fit our client’s complex application and manufacturing system requirements. The system includes two sets of spindles, all quenching and scanning capabilities, can heat treat parts up to 60” in length and has a weight capacity of 750 pounds. The induction scanning system offers easy set-up, quick reloading with separate quenching and cooling lines. For additional customization multiple coils were added for our client`s high-volume production line.

The SmartPower system allows for induction modules to be added to increase power as our client’s production demand grows. For increased operation efficiency, one side of the machine is loaded while the other side is heating parts. The SmartPower system works at optimal efficiency through every stage of the process, saving our client significant time and energy costs.
