Application Engineer – New York, USA

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing induction heating solutions for our customers, contributing to the development of new products and processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized induction heating solutions for customers
- Provide technical support to customers on induction heating applications, equipment operation, and troubleshooting
- Conduct equipment testing and data analysis to determine optimal induction heating parameters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new induction heating products and processes
- Assist in developing technical documentation, training materials, and application notes
- Participate in technical conferences and trade shows to promote induction heating products and solutions
- Provide training to customers, sales teams, and internal teams on induction heating applications and equipment operation
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in induction heating technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in induction heating applications, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical background in electromagnetic theory, thermodynamics, and heat transfer
- Proficiency in simulation software, such as COMSOL
- Familiarity with induction heating equipment, such as power supplies, coils, and cooling systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed
