A manufacturer of medical consumables needs an induction heating solution for a catheter tipping application. We were invited to the client’s production facility in India to help with the installation and integration of the new equipment.

In catheter tipping applications the coil heats a steel mold or die, which transfers the heat to the plastic catheter tube to melt it and form the tip.
