UBraze One – Mobile Induction Brazing Station
UBraze One is a mobile induction brazing station. One cart holds the induction power supply, heat station, closed-loop chiller and hand-held tool. One AC cord powers all of it. The operator rolls it to the work, selects a stored program and brazes.
UBraze is a compact induction brazing system used as an environmentally friendly and safe alternative to the flame brazing torch. Induction brazing improves joint quality through repeatable heating.
Precise energy control lets the operator set the exact time and power needed for each joint. Because the heat is generated inside the joint, less collateral heat reaches adjacent valves, insulation and finished surfaces.
